Management of procurement/development programs and projects ensuring programs/project meets specifications, quality standards, and budget and schedule requirements by enabling the implementation of development from design through to completion and handover using the as guideline.
Ensure the implementation of the projects specific security classification and instructions.Manage the development, distribution and updating of Program Management Plans and other related program-related plans ensuring their implementation are in line with contractual agreements in terms of costs, time, quality and profitability.
Approves and evaluate WBS, and the Statement of Work (SoW) in accordance with the contractual terms both towards customers and suppliers/partners, including cost estimates approved.
Ensure that company safety, quality, process and environmental policies are implemented and applied at all stages of project especially during design stage and targets are achieved while executing projects.Support the Commercial and Contract Functions in the preparation and negotiation of offers, the management of Program risks by defining and updating a Risk Register.
