SAP HR SuccessFactors Specialist

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

- 3+ years of Hands-on (configuration) experience with at least one module of SAP SuccessFactors

- 8+ years of overall experience in IT

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer science, Business informatics, Human Resource Management or other related area.

- Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job responsibilities as outlined

- Ability to deliver quality work on time

- Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, be a quick study, able to learn, retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry; and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies and standard business etiquette
