- Responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team and will oversee managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with area sales manager
- Overseeing the activities and performance and development of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, appraising and facilitating the ongoing training for Sales Staff
- Implement sales strategies to sell products.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing timely deliveries.
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Conduct market audit and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Daily market visits to identify gaps and communicate the same with the sales team.
- Creating journey plan for routes in assigned sales areas.
