- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals
- Sales management skills, with the ability to track and forecast sales goals and manage a sales team
- Experience in flexible packaging, plastic, or paper manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
