TPF Recruitment is working as an exclusive recruitment partner for an Independent firm of chartered accountants based in Hadlow, Tonbridge, who are looking to appoint a part qualified AAT qualified or qualified by experience accountant. The firm operates an excellent working culture, promoting great teamwork within a highly supportive environment for all staff members. As an Assistant Accountant you will be exposed to a varied client base, this will include smaller developing businesses through to larger owner managed companies, providing statutory accounting, bookkeeping, management accounting and tax services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Preparation of management accounts Use of the latest online accounting software, Qucikbooks, Sage, Xero
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of personal, and corporate tax computations
Requirements
The successful candidate will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience and have previously worked within an Accountancy practice.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an accountancy practice environment.
Benefits
- 23,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
