Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion: Actively visit salons and beauty centers to introduce and promote our range of hair extension products.
Business Development: Identify and target potential salon partners, presenting the benefits of our products and securing sales or consignment agreements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with salon owners and staff, ensuring their needs are met and managing any issues or concerns.
Market Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on product quality and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and territory management.
