- Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives, and managing the sales team and division
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s offered technology product or solutions, and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
