Sales Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan covering sales strategies, revenue goals, and expense controls.
• Meet or exceed planned sales goals and targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies.
• Generate leads and convert them into prospective customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Promote our organization and products through various channels, including presentations, networking events, and online platforms.
• Understand the needs and preferences of our ideal customers and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team in the future.

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate potential sales revenue.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-related role is preferred.
• Experience in selling services to the school and education industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi as most locations are based there.
• Flexible working hours and locations with a 6-day working week from Monday to Saturday.
