University qualification: The candidate should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
Leadership Skills: The candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate the sales team towards achieving goals.
Sales experience: A background or previous experience in sales is preferred to enable the candidate to understand the sales process and deal with customers effectively.
Communication Skills: The candidate must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and build strong relationships with them.
