Overview: Innovations Group is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and growing the companys sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales management an excellent understanding of the sales process and the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies in order to meet organizational objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Cultivate relationships with clients and partners
• Participate in industry events and conferences
• Develop and maintain sales materials
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• 5 years of experience in sales management specially from Pharma or medical equipments sales.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
