Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies in order to meet organizational objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cultivate relationships with clients and partners
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Develop and maintain sales materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management specially from Pharma or medical equipment's sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
