Education and training:
Preferably have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree can be an advantage.
Experience:
You must have at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, including entertainment and customer-facing experience in this sector.

Your leadership skills must be excellent, including the ability to lead and direct sales teams.
