• Understand the technical aspects of the market's products and implement strategic sales.
• Primary sales responsibility of - Low Voltage Systems (ELV)
• Bringing enquiries from MEP Contractors / End clients / Main Contractors / Facility Management Companies and closely work with design & estimation team for the above said systems in accordance to the given project specification / vendor list.
• Oversee / Evaluate the designed BOQ from D & E team and help preparing project submittals.
• Organize and prioritize workload and closely follow and co-ordinate with third parties (MEP/Main Contractor/End User/OEMs.) and fetch update on the submitted quotations; followed by attaining LPO.
• Connect and negotiate with OEM’s / Suppliers / Sub-contractors to get necessary back-up quotes & cost-effective price with the help of D & E team to win bid.
• Meeting MEP contractors / Clients to present solution proposed and provide clarifications as needed. • Continuous follow-up and connection with OEM/Suppliers.
• Continuous follow-up with MEP and clients to check proposal status and bring orders on time to meet assigned sales targets.
• To make regular visits to the Projects and establish contacts with existing and new customers. To create a complete database of the assigned and new customers and follow up regularly.
• To attend to day-to-day inquiries and submitting quotations along with technical and commercial conditions. To follow up with the customers for product submittals in coordination with the sales support staff.
• To coordinate with the customer/consultant for getting the submittals approved.
• To understand the ordination with D & E team and GM for negotiations and finalization of offers.
Upon receiving LPO full scope of the payment details in respect of client, consultant and contractors. Co-/ Order confirmations, follow the internal process and carry internal handover (Sales to Operations) on time to speed up the project / service contract execution.
• Forward sales forecast / sales funnel / potential prospects to the management on a weekly basis. • To prepare weekly sales report highlighting the significant developments and forward the same to the GM / Sr. Management.
• To identify the prospect for our products. To provide information about competition, price of products.
• To meet the Consultants on a regular basis for project follow ups and technical discussions.
• Team Work - To extend support to colleagues in respect of design / pre-sales / execution related activities.
• An established contact / network with distributers, consultants, and end users within the assigned territory.
