Role Responsibilities:

  • Collecting market data about competition performance in retail channel.

  • Monitor & report competitors movements in the market (market inelegance).

  • Discuss sales contracts to reach agreement with customers.

  • Accounts management for retail business.

  • Generating inquiries through market visits to retailers.

  • Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest products prices catalogues and commercial information from Carrier wherever applicable.

  • Forecasts sales and booking for the month.

  • Follows up the quotation status with the customers.

  • Prepare monthly demand FCST for retail channel.

  • Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review Bookings and collection.

  • Follow up the delivery process with logistics

  • Ensure proper invoicing is being issued accurately and on time for efficient collection.

  • Follow up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

Role Purpose:

  • The main role of Expert SR. Sales Specialist . is to ensure meeting financial targets for retain Channel within the framework of Carrier Way code of Ethics EH&S & Quality Management System.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Management Science.

  • 510 years of relevant experience in the retail business (Modern Channel).

  • Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player excellent negotiations and Computer skills

  • Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English

  • Communication skills

  • Customer focus orientated

  • Analytical skills
