Process: International Voice Process - Air Support and Hotel Support
Experience: 0-2 Years
What you'll be doing:
- Handling Customer queries and concerns in real-time via phone, chat, and email.
- Customer problem solving, assistance, and follow up
- Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings- date change, refunds, name corrections)
- Provide prompt and concise Customer services, travel booking, and support
- Handle reservations, assist, book, amend and/or cancel Air, Hotel, Car, and Activity
- Experience with travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.
Mandatory Skills:
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Must be available to work for 24 *7 Shift, 5 Days Working
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
