Sales Incharge

• Handling Customer queries and concerns in real-time via phone, chat, and email.
• Customer problem solving, assistance, and follow up
• Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings- date change, refunds, name corrections)
• Provide prompt and concise Customer services, travel booking, and support
• Handle reservations, assist, book, amend and/or cancel Air, Hotel, Car, and Activity
• Experience with travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Must be available to work for 24 *7 Shift, 5 Days Working
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude
• Team player, self-motivated and creative thinking
• Previous Travel Product and Membership Customer Support preferred
• Strong understanding of the travel industry from the consumer perspective.
• Strong empathy and listening skills.
• Ability to be adaptable to changing situations.
