Job Description :
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities :
1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel of the organization.
2. Meets assigned targets for profitable
sales volume and strategic objectives VOA and revenue-wise
3. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year
period.
4. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
5. Initiate sales calls activities along with the Team Leader and Sales Manager when needed
6. Ensure Opportunities are contacted and closed.
7. Identify sales opportunities, networking, fact-finding, and calling on and closing new accounts.
8. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable the achievement of plans and objectives.
9. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.
10. Develop timely and accurate sales pipelines
11. Development of Accounts to the closure of revenue target.
12. High-level engagement with the customers.
13. Full control of customer accounts
14. Creating and providing a strong pipeline and conducting periodic pipeline review
15. Sell complex products of Etisalat and ICT solution
Salary :
Negotiable (Based on skills and experience) + High Commission
