Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join their expanding property sales team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills a passion for real estate and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management.
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers tenants and property owners.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings presentations and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Stay updated with current market trends competitors and pricing.
Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.
Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events
Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Self-motivated goal-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
