Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated professional and results-driven **Female Sales Executive** to join our growing Construction & Fit-Out company in Business Bay Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities building strong client relationships securing projects and expanding our company's presence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new leads for construction interior design renovation and fit-out projects.
* Develop relationships with property owners real estate agencies developers interior designers consultants and commercial clients.
* Actively approach potential clients through calls emails meetings networking and site visits.
* Arrange client meetings understand project requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.
* Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals quotations and project offers.
* Negotiate with potential clients and successfully close deals.
* Maintain and manage an organized database of potential and existing clients.
* Identify new business opportunities in residential commercial retail hospitality and office fit-out sectors.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
* Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous sales or business development experience in the UAE.
* Experience in construction interior design fit-out real estate or related industries is highly preferred.
* Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
* Good understanding of the Dubai market and customer expectations.
* Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* UAE driving license is an advantage.
* Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
