Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or director role
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Expert knowledge of the real estate industry in Dubai
- Demonstrated ability in managing and coaching a sales team, identifying and developing talent, and creating a positive team culture
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
