Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative to join our fastgrowing ecommerce platform in Saudi Arabia.

As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound sales activities and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling email outreach and social media prospecting to generate qualified leads.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives.
  • Research and identify potential customers using data analysis and customer profiling to target highpotential prospects.
  • Qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and conducting needs analysis ensuring that leads are of high quality and are a good fit for our products and services.
  • Set up product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that demos are tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities tracking leads through the sales funnel and providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends customer needs and competitor activity using insights to develop and refine lead generation approaches.

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in sales development preferably in ecommerce or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
