Coordinating with the engineer for procedures for returning defective materials

The team follows up on the daily sales report

Introducing the product to new merchants/users

Schedule appointments with new/untapped partners for the team
.
Create PRF documents for the General Manager
.
Coordinate with customers/team/logistics for arrival and delivery dates of pending orders
.
Send monthly inventory report for all products to the concerned person
.
Maintain ISO documentation for RD-OA regularly.
Required profile of candidates
Must be very customer focused when talking to them.
Strong organizational skills are required to maintain an archiving system.
Must be able to draft correspondence and have strong grammar and spelling skills as well as strong oral communication skills.
The candidate must work well in a small team environment.
The candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, have a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
