Job Description
Education and general skills: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is usually sufficient. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Knowledge: Previous sales experience can be an advantage, but is not necessary. Ability to understand sales processes and interact with customers effectively.
Technical skills: Some jobs may require basic knowledge of computer programs and applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to work within a team: Ability to collaborate with the sales team, and support team efforts to achieve sales goals and improve the customer experience.
