Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sponsorship and partnership revenue for our events and exhibitions.
  • Identify and prospect potential sponsors and partners through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements to maximize revenue and benefits for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote sponsorship opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to sponsors, partners, and exhibitors, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship and partnership initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the events and exhibitions industry, with a focus on sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and meetings.
