Compensation Package

• Earn up to $45k in your first year (Base salary + Bonus opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Reports to Operations Manager ,Office Manager, Owner
• Responsible for training new employees on all field equipment, chemicals, and procedures
• Dose quality control inspections at assigned accounts
• Identifies opportunities for new business or add on business
• Creates weekly employee schedules
• Supervises special projects
• Fills in on emergency situations
• Educates staff on company culture and mission and vision
• Checks on stats of equipment and in stock position on supplies

Requirements

• Highschool of higher education
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• 1 Year experience in a supervision role
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills
• Enjoys the challenges of developing and motivating new and challenged staff members
• Enjoys the opportunity to increase their own income by developing the profitability of the company
• Must be able to work with a schedule that may change due to business requirements
