Safety EHS Engineer – Substation – UAE

We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for Substation projects in UAE. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health safety and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer

Location: UAE(On Site)
Industry: Substation Projects
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

• NEBOSH Certification Mandatory

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles

• Experience in Substation Projects(Above 220kv)

• Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel

• Develop implement and monitor HSE and welfare plans

• Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations

• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) Work Method Statements (WMS) and risk assessments

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies

• Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
