Patient Service Representative
Glen Burnie, MD
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full-time, 8 hour days, 40 hours per week
- Clinic Hours: 8a - 8p
- Most days will be 8a - 5p but must be able to work the occasional 11:30a - 8p
- $ - $ depending on experience
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B with Match
Requirements:
- Required - Minimum of 18 months experience in a medical office environment
- Required - High school or GED
- Experience with EMRs
Responsibilities:
- Providing highest level of customer service to patients
- Handles all incoming and outgoing calls
- Enter patient information correctly, including referrals
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Schedule patients and maintain the schedule for the office
- Collect payments
