Education and training:
A room service manager is usually required to possess a college degree in management, hospitality, or a related field. Higher degrees may be an added advantage.
Experience:
Must have previous experience managing room service in hotels or resorts. Experience in similar positions can be a plus.

You must have excellent management skills, and be able to manage and direct a team and projects efficiently.
