• Ensures standards are maintained with regards to room cleanliness and room set up and should be aware of all room categories and amenities. • Ensures any special requests from guests are carried out and delivered on time, exceeding guest’s expectations where possible. • Carries out turn down service as per the hotel’s standards. • Cleans the required number of rooms as per the hotel’s standards; cleans any rooms not cleaned by the previous shifts. • Completes the maintenance request forms. • Cleans and takes care of all working equipment used by himself. • Reports any damage or loss in guest room immediately after being found. • Removes room service trays from room and places in service areas. • Makes room status reports. • Reports any suspicious person, sleep outs, DNDs. • Participates in special tasks such as deep cleaning or any scheduled assignments as planned in the department. • Helps supervisors for the inventories, if needed.
