- Assist in performing deep dive analysis on Roaming deals to support increasing profits
- Support the monitoring of international roaming and SMS revenue in coordination with commercial roaming services support.
- Coordinate and provide input for Commercial Service Support General Directorate regarding billing, settlements, and disputes of Roaming & SMS customers.
- Follow up with related units for fraud detection and prevention systems and processes.
- Assist in developing Commercial Roaming sales plan and forecasting in coordination with P&P
