- Focal point and subject matter expert (SME) for project risk and contingency management
- Interface with Project Delivery BG (Business Group) leaders to ensure risk and contingency management practices are adhered to as SME
- Provide independent facilitation of risk workshops on selected projects where required.
- Execute independent QRA risk analysis on selected projects where required.
- Develop and maintain project risk and contingency management procedures, processes, and tools at the BU (Business Unit) management system level to drive consistent delivery execution.
- Lead and support training, development, and competency of risk management resources
- Assurance of risk activities on projects
- Involvement in tender review process where necessary
- Project Delivery interface with Group Risk Manager to ensure alignment.
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is a must.
- Should have a minimum of 20+ years of experience in oil & gas industry.
- Experience in previous Onshore Oil & Gas projects is a must.
- FEED experience is a must.
- PMC experience is an added advantage.
- Middle East experience required.
