Retail Supervisor

1. Employee Management: Direct, train, and develop the grocery retail team, including assigning tasks, distributing responsibilities, and providing the direction necessary to achieve excellent performance.

2. Achieving sales goals: Setting daily, monthly, and annual sales goals, and working to implement strategies to increase sales and achieve sustainable growth.

3. Ensuring inventory availability: Following up on inventory status and ensuring the availability of required products and goods to customers, and managing deliveries and distribution operations.

4. Quality control: Ensuring the quality of products displayed in the grocery store, checking the expiration date, and disposing of spoiled or damaged products.

5. Customer Experience: Working to improve the shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs and requirements.
