An established and recognized brand in the construction industry is in urgent need of a Parts and Service Coordinator to join their operations in Ottawa, ;This company provides ample opportunities for career growth within, including competitive salaries, premier benefits, and a top class work
The successful Parts & Service Coordinator will be responsible for all ongoing daily activities within the service department, including:
- Addressing all customer needs, generating quotes, and providing top level customer
- Coordinating work orders with other departments such as the repair shop & parts
- Ensure work orders are completed within agreed
- Communication with customers and sales team to review machine work needs and related costs for
- Providing back up to Service Manager whenever
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication
- Good computer
- Previous experience in a similar field is
Compensation:
Annual salary is based off previous experience, and can range anywhere between $50,000 - $80, Monthly Parts and Service bonus also Comprehensive benefits package is available after probation, and includes health, dental, vision, paid time off/vacation, disability,
Shift:
Day Shift, 7:00AM - 3:00PM (Monday to Friday).
