- Understand retail business drivers leading to the programme the customer wishes to implement
- Documenting programme success criteria
- Translate high level requirements into functional needs while working collaboratively with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts
- Contributing technical and industry expertise to product implementation
- Coordinating the development/implementation with customer stakeholders, IT engineers, partner stakeholders, etc.
- Ensuring timely delivery
- Documenting scope changes
