- Analyze demand, demographics, infrastructure and overall market evolution for the geographical areas where the retail activities are present or where there is intention to expand.
- Develop site segmentation tools and evaluate competitive scenario.
- Review operational details, investment valuations, plans, costs, and actions.
- Oversee the development of the retail operating models, the merchandising strategy, supply chain and partnerships for the c-store operation.
- Coordinate across markets the offer for the car washes and oil change services.
- Oversee the introduction of specialty fuel products and coordinate pricing strategies across markets and affiliates.
