- Assist in driving value extraction for ATG/ATI through portfolio management
- Act as the secondary liaison (to Head of JV portfolio) for managing day-to-day inquiries and engagements with JV partners
- Assist in JV project delivery, including JV conversions and JV greenfield
- Shares responsibility of the “hub” of JV activities and shares accountability for JV activities and deliverables
- Conduct due diligence reviews on potential JV partners, summarizing findings, and proposing risk mitigation strategies to key management.
- Reviews financial performance reports and trends from the joint ventures, highlights any emerging concerns and recommends potential resolutions.
- Supporting and coordinating the establishment of essential legal documentation for JV formation and implementation, such as Shareholders' agreements and Management fees.
- Support in monitoring and administering the execution of JV agreements throughout the JV lifecycle, addressing any potential issues that may arise.
- Assist in monitoring ATG’s interests and rights, as the JV partner, are safeguarded throughout the JV lifecycle.
