The NEP UK Coordination department is seeking to recruit a Junior Production Coordinator to join the team in Bracknell. The successful candidate will work as a crucial part of the Football Coordination team to deliver projects in a timely and efficient fashion, assisting with administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders, booking hotel rooms and supporting crewing alongside working on your own assigned projects.

You will work with the Football Lead Team to ensure all crew booked are accredited ahead of the Outside Broadcast, using relevant to compile and upload information for the event. With support from the coordination team and the Account Manager, you will book the appropriate crew for events via telephone and email, recording and tracking activities, including days booked and rates of pay to maintain accurate records.

You will also work with travel agents to book UK and International accommodation and travel for crew members, if required whilst assisting the Technical Project Managers to ensure operation runs to plan, time and budget.

This role is a fixed term position for 6 months.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above (including Maths and English), or equivalent. General computer literacy; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, the ability to use formulas is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will remain calm under pressure and have a proven track record in customer service. Must be able to show meticulous attention to detail as well as have exceptional time management skills, being able to prioritise workloads and adhere to tight deadlines.

Experience in a similar administrative office based role is desirable.
