Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;
Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;
Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service;
Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up;
Proactively assist fellow staff members;
Perform deposits at the end of the night;
Close registers, ensuring tills are balanced;
