- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee overall restaurant operations, including product/service quality, staff safety, maintenance, and guest satisfaction
- Achieve La Boca revenue objectives and implement strategies to improve sales
- Maximize sales profitability, assist in budget preparation, and meet financial objectives.
- Control product inventory, monitor expenses, and secure cash handling areas.
- Review daily sales reports, approve discounts, and participate in the preparation of cash drawers.
