Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic reliable and customer-focused Restaurant & Food Service Staff to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will assist with daily restaurant operations provide quality customer service support food and beverage service and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Prepare dining tables service counters and seating areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service as instructed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas equipment and workstations.
- Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
- Process customer payments using POS systems when assigned.
- Monitor supplies and assist with stock replenishment.
- Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing activities.
- Support colleagues during busy service periods.
- Follow company policies and supervisor instructions.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurants cafés hotels catering or food service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
