Dispose of trash and recycling in a timely manner, following proper waste management guidelines.Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the restaurant, including floors, tables, and restrooms.Restock cleaning supplies as needed and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for staff and customers.Work efficiently and independently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.Collaborate with other team members to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.Follow specific cleaning instructions for kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
