Resource Management Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Resource Management Officer with experience in the Telecom Contracting or Construction industry to plan coordinate monitor and optimize company resources across multiple projects and locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower planning equipment and vehicle coordination material tracking resource allocation reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Plan allocate and monitor manpower vehicles equipment tools materials and other resources based on project requirements.

Ensure optimum utilization of available resources across projects departments and locations.

Coordinate with HR Recruitment and Project Managers for staff deployment transfers replacements and mobilization.

Monitor the availability allocation utilization maintenance and movement of vehicles machinery and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of material availability consumption stock levels and requirements.

Monitor resource-related costs and identify opportunities for cost control and efficient resource utilization.

Maintain updated resource allocation trackers and prepare regular reports covering manpower equipment vehicles materials and utilization.

Coordinate with Project Managers and PMO to forecast upcoming resource requirements based on project plans and timelines.

Identify idle underutilized or excess resources and recommend their redeployment to other projects.

Coordinate with HR Procurement Accounts Administration Warehouse and Project Teams to ensure resources are available on time and within approved budgets.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Telecom Contracting Construction or a related industry.

Proven experience in resource management resource planning or project coordination.

Strong knowledge of manpower equipment vehicle and material management.

Good skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets and resource tracking.

Strong coordination planning communication and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and resource requirements simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

UAE experience will be preferred.
