Job Description
Education and training:
A reservation officer is typically required to possess an associate's degree in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related field. Having dedicated training courses for booking management can be an added advantage.
Experience:
It is preferable to have previous experience in managing reservations in hotels or hospitality facilities. Experience using reservations management systems (PMS) is a plus.
Organization skills:
You must have excellent organization skills, be able to effectively manage bookings and allocate resources based on needs.
communication skills:
Must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively and tactfully.
