Reservation Agent

• Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs.
• Displays good teamwork towards his colleagues
• Maintains the Maximum Operating Standards and the Rosewood Standards.
• To sell our guest rooms the highest possible occupancy at the maximum achievable rate.
• To promote all hotel restaurants to assist in achieving the revenue goals set by the hotel management.
• To upsell to every guest at every sales opportunity the products of Rosewood hotel
• Ensure that personal product knowledge is maintained to the highest level so that the guest receives a professional, competent, and consistent service
• Cooperates with all departments in the hotel for room reservations
• To assist the revenue team, achieve their set revenue and customer service goals as set by the Revenue Manager
