- Research thinking & Design: Accountable for appraising client briefs to understand clients needs and business objectives; demonstrating research & critical thinking to produce effective proposals, methodology, sample design and research instruments (with the support of a senior where applicable)
- Excellent Delivery: (Analysis & Reporting) Unwavering commitment to outstanding and punctual client deliverables. Engaging effectively in brainstorm sessions, thorough & accurate analysis, well structured & thought out report writing, etc.
- Project management: Manage project delivery cycle from start to end; supervising key project activities and milestones, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables to client
- Client Management: Day to day client interaction and relationship building, understanding research & delivery needs, proactive and responsive communication & consistent and timely delivery
