Have a working knowledge of legal aspects of HR and its
Be conversant with business environment in general and its impact on day to day functioning of the HR and the
Have some experience in helping in administration of the
Vendor Management, Some experience in handing the accounting aspects of HRMS
Some knowledge of aspects of ESI and
Have a good knowledge of hiring and lining up candidates through portals and /or
Well versed and updated on all HR compliance
Must be a resident of Noida or close
