Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field.
State certification or licensure as a school administrator or principal.
Previous experience in education administration preferably as an assistant principal or in a similar leadership role.
Knowledge of educational best practices curriculum development and assessment strategies. Understanding of relevant laws regulations and policies governing K12 education.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
