The vice principal collaborates with the principal teachers staff students and community stakeholders to promote academic excellence student achievement and continuous improvement.
Through effective communication strategic planning and proactive problemsolving the vice principal helps to create a dynamic educational environment where all students can thrive academically socially and emotionally.
Requirements
Requirements:
Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field.
State certification or licensure as a school administrator or principal.
Previous experience in education administration preferably as an assistant principal or in a similar leadership role.
Knowledge of educational best practices curriculum development and assessment strategies. Understanding of relevant laws regulations and policies governing K12 education.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
