Responsibilities
As a Junior Partner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Representing clients in employment law matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring their rights are protected.
- Defending depositions and handling all aspects of discovery.
- Drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions in court.
- Bringing an existing book of business to our firm, contributing to our growth and success.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and adapting strategies as necessary.
