Wholesaler in the East Bay seeking Assistant Manager that is sales driven, detail-oriented, team player, multi-tasker with strong organization and communication skills leading a small team at the branch level. Succesful candidate would provide day-to-day supervision and motivation of sales staff, along with executution of operations, budgets, while providing excellent customer service. Position is fully onsite with an hourly salary between $25-$30 depending on experience.
Job Requirements
- Make sure staff provides excellent customer service to all guest entering store front
- Manage and train service staff, truck drivers, and warehouse personanel
- Oversee branch sales, margin goals, daily, weekly, and monthly
- Develop realtionships with clients and vendors
- Assist with maintaing clean store and warehouse
- Invetory management utilizing company implemented SOP's
- Manage operations, expenses, budgets of the store
