Job Description:

Liftalk is seeking experienced Relationship Coaches to join our global community of dedicated coaches. As a Relationship Coach you will work as an independent contractor providing expert guidance to individuals seeking assistance in various aspects of their relationships. We encourage coaches with expertise in different fields to apply as we value diverse perspectives and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized 1on1 online relationship coaching sessions to clients.
Address a wide array of relationships including romantic platonic family and parental dynamics and sensitive topics.
Offer empathetic guidance tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Actively listen to clients concerns provide comfort and support and offer expert advice and actionable solutions.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism empathy and integrity in coaching sessions.
Keep uptodate with the latest trends and research in relationship coaching.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Relationship Coach with a focus on various relationship dynamics.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to coaching.
Ability to tailor coaching techniques to individual client needs through text voice and video calls.
Coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Second language is an asset.
